Instructions:
- Cook the Meat: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent. Add the ground meat to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and brown until no longer pink.
- Season the Meat: Once the meat is cooked, drain any excess fat if necessary. Sprinkle the homemade taco seasoning over the meat and stir to combine thoroughly. Add a splash of water if needed to help spread the seasoning evenly. Simmer for a few minutes until the flavor is developed.
