  • Zest of 2 limes, finely grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Toasted coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
